Some collect stamps, some collect old bottles, some collect old tractors - Peter collects metal nameplates, signs, instructions of all kinds, mostly of an industrial background.   He started out gathering together brass railwayana took in colliery signs and other business and directional signs and now he takes items of his collection to steam fairs and country fairs throughout the north.         His latest acquisition is a one third scale working model of an Atkinson truck.  In his workshop cum store in Castleford you could be forgiven for walking into the shiniest Rolls Royce Merlin Aero engine ever made because of the reflective glare
