January 2002 Same as everybody I couldn’t gain access to the 1901 Census details. However those details are on the Public Records Office website and a good scan round the site revealed details of historical manuscripts relating to Methley. This is information showing how many separate items of this nature are held and also identifying where they are held e.g. West Yorkshire Archive Service - Sheepscar Leeds
West Yorkshire Archive Service - Wakefield Manchester University Library Public Records Office - Kew To locate - go into www.pro.gov.uk/census PRO website
